Physical Products

Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us and we stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please register your product for a product warranty at www.riptgear.com/register to be eligible for returns and support. RiptGear offers a 30 Day from date of purchase return policy. If you chose to return the product, you might be responsible for restocking or return shipping fees. The product warranty only pertains to products that have defects or product issues. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.<br

Please allow 24 – 48 hrs for order processing and or handling.

Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days.
Expedited USPS First Class Shipping 3 – 5 business days.
